How do I schedule my first pickup?
It’s easy! Just create an account using a valid phone number and address through our website. You can also call our team, and we’ll be happy to set up your account for you.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Not at all! Just leave your laundry bag in your designated spot by the scheduled time, and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll get text updates when your items are picked up and delivered.
How often can I schedule pickups?
You can schedule pickups as often as you like—weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. Our service is flexible to fit your lifestyle.

Is Pickup & Delivery really free?
Yes! Pickup and delivery are always free with Frontier Cleaners. No hidden fees, no service charges.
When will I get my clothes back?
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 business days. If your service falls on a holiday, your delivery will be rescheduled for the next available route.
Can I combine my Wash & Fold and dry cleaning in the same pickup?Absolutely. Just separate the two types of items in clearly marked bags. We'll make sure each order is processed properly.ACCOUNT & CUSTOM REQUESTSHow do I communicate special instructions?You can leave a note in your bag, add a note through your app when scheduling, or contact us directly by phone or email. We're happy to honor preferences like starch levels, crease/no crease, or any other specific requests whenever possible.What happens if there’s an issue with my order?If anything isn’t right—missing items, quality concerns, or billing issues—please contact us immediately.
